Shipping policy

We pay shipping for all orders $125 and over. We ship via USPS/UPS Ground or USPS/UPS Priority Mail. If you have an issue with UPS or USPS delivering to your address, please send us an email containing your order number after you have placed your order to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion. All orders under $125 will be charged a predetermined flat rate of either $8.99, $10.99 or $14.99 based on your order's size and weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Please keep in mind that we are located in New Jersey. Orders being shipped across the country and to Alaska/Hawaii will take longer, but the next statement still applies. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for the shipping carrier. In many cases, orders are received in the same week, but could take longer due to varying circumstances. 

Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

It is up to our discretion to choose to cancel an order if the shipping and billing addresses are not the same due to fraud issues in the past.

We only ship to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

Expedited shipping is available (2nd Day Air) for an additional charge of $59.99 at checkout.

USPS does not pickup on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, so orders placed on those days will ship the next few business days.

In order to keep prices low, we reserve the right to ship packages in the most cost effective manor. There are factors beyond our control that could delay your shipment once it leaves our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for weather delays related to issues within USPS or UPS.

Shipping Protection:
