NOS Barber Supply Return Policy


RETURNS:
N.O.S. Barber Supply will accept returns on defective merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days, please follow the directions on the manufacturers warranty. If you need assistance or a copy of a warranty, contact nos.supply1@gmail.com.

Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receiving so we can properly document the claim.

We will accept returns on items ordered in error in their original and unopened
packaging. The returned item(s) will be inspected to make sure it is in a brand new, unused, salable condition in original packaging with all accessories intact. before a refund is processed. A 15% restocking fee will apply and must be paid to NOS Barber Supply.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If an item is either out of stock or unavailable, you will either receive a partial or full discount depending on the situation. If you used a discount code that you need to qualify to a certain dollar amount, but do not still qualify for the discount you will NOT be refunded for the discount. Example: If your order is $125.00 and you use a $10.00 off coupon of orders $99.99 or greater your total is now $115.00. If an item is out of stock that costs $40.00, your total before the coupon is $125.00 your new total becomes $85.00. That coupon is now discarded and invalid. You will receive a $30.00 refund instead of $40.00 to offset the $10.00 off coupon. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

WE CANNOT EXCEPT RETURNS on the following items once they have been opened/used for sanitary reasons: straight razors, shears, blades, shavers, clippers, trimmers, hair dryers, flat, curling or specialty irons, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, etc. unless there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect.
Anti-Fatigue Mats cannot be returned. If a verifiable defect exists, we would be more than happy to assist you!
