JRL was born from a stylist’s relentless pursuit of perfection. With over 30 years of experience developing hair tools for global brands, our founder wanted to create something better, quieter, and longer-lasting—professional tools that outperform and outlast the competition.

In 2016, JRL was launched, short for “Just the Right Look.” From our headquarters in Miami, Florida, we’ve grown into a global brand in nearly 100 countries, with over 1,500 employees worldwide.
